  • Do you have a family plan?

    We do not offer a traditional family plan. However, we provide discounted rates for multiple family members (spouse and dependent children) who enroll together. Please inform us of the number of individuals you intend to sign up, and we will provide you with the applicable family pricing options.
  • What are your membership rates?

    Our current membership and pass rates are as follows: Monthly Contract Memberships include Gold at $69.95, Silver at $39.95, Bronze at $29.95, and a Month-to-Month option at $49.95. For short-term options, we offer a Week Pass for $24.95, Day Pass (Regular) for $12.50, Day Pass (Member Guest) for $10.00, and Day Pass (Under 18) for $7.00. We are happy to assist you in selecting the most suitable option for your needs.
  • What is your minimum age range?

    The minimum age requirement for membership at our facility is 13 years old (call for details for under-18 requirements).
  • What memberships include the 24/7 option?

    Our 24/7 access options vary by membership type. The Gold membership includes 24/7 access. Silver members can add 24/7 access for a one-time fee of $30. Bronze members can add 24/7 access for an additional $5 per month. Month-to-Month members can add 24/7 access for a one-time fee of $30. We can assist you in selecting the most appropriate option for your schedule.
  • How do I get the 24/7 membership?

    To obtain 24/7 access, select your preferred membership option and add the 24/7 upgrade if it's not already included. The Gold membership automatically includes 24/7 access. Silver and Month-to-Month memberships can add 24/7 access for a one-time fee of $30. Bronze members can add 24/7 access for an additional $5 per month. You may sign up in person, and we will set up your 24/7 access immediately. We are available to help you choose the most suitable option.
  • Do you participate in insurance programs?

    Yes, we participate in several insurance-based fitness programs. We currently accept Active & Fit, SilverSneakers, Renew Active, Tivity/Fitness Your Way, and other similar programs. If you are unsure whether your specific insurance plan is covered, please provide the name of your provider, and we will verify it for you.
  • Do you offer personal training?

    We offer personal training services with certified trainers who specialize in weight loss, strength training, conditioning, and personalized fitness plans. Please inform us of your specific fitness goals, and we will match you with an appropriate trainer.
  • Do you offer nutrition counseling?

    Our team provides nutrition counseling services, including meal planning, weight management, performance nutrition, and guidance on building healthy habits to support your fitness goals. Please inform us of your specific objectives, and we will provide appropriate nutritional guidance.
