I love the place. It is truly awesome. It’s my home away from home. Lynn has truly done an awesome job with the place and I’ve achieved awesome results from being here, and also learned of ways that I was improperly lifting and Lynn showed me the right way of lifting, and I’ve definitely gotten stronger and bigger.

I enjoy going to LJ’s for many reasons. They evaluated my capabilities and set up a program to rebuild my core body strength. During the last two months I lost 6 pounds, have more stamina, and experience fewer aches, pains, and stiffness in muscles. LJ’s has a lot of exercise equipment, so I never have to wait in line to continue my exercise routine. The people at LJ’s are friendly; they will show you how to use the equipment properly; there is a large parking lot and less traffic congestion.

I love LJ’s because you go work out with people that motivate you. It’s like a new family to help you meet your goals. I lost 21 pounds in a fun atmosphere. And I can’t wait to set a new goal and have everyone cheer me on!

My goals when I first joined were to strengthen my muscles because having watched my parents age, I could see the writing on the wall. Both parents have had two joint replacements and each have arthritis. So far, for the past almost 20 years, I have religiously come to LJ’s 3 times a week. As a result, I have gotten toned, stronger, and much more flexible. I have made many good friends and felt a part of the LJ’s family. The gym isn’t huge, but more than adequately meets my needs.
