A class offered at LJ’s that soothes the mind and tones the body. PiYo is a combination of pilates and yoga that is taught in our upstairs classroom on Monday mornings at 9:00am and Thursday evenings at 6:00pm.
A class filled with “gut busting” abdominal exercises for a strong core and a healthy back, taught immediately after PiYo in our upstairs classroom on Monday mornings at 9:30am and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm. |
